Japan has low levels of reporting for rape and other sex crimes. The numbers vary from study to
study, but they all point in the same direction: the vast majority of victims never report it to police. In
2018 the National Police Agency’s “White Paper on Crime Victims” stated that only 3.7 percent of
victims of sex crime contacted the police (Hanzai Higaisha Hakusho 2018), and a 2020 survey by
Japan’s Cabinet Office (2020) found that only 5.6 percent of victims did so.

Nie wydaje mi się, bo tam co drugi ma kogoś na boku. Wiadomo też, że mają inne podejście do kobiet, a inne do facetów.
